OnceKit helps turn text, photos, screenshots, and everyday moments into records you can review. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can request deletion or updates.

Information We Collect
Depending on the features you use, OnceKit may collect account data, login methods, life records you enter or import, photos or screenshots, location information, device information, error logs, payment status, and subscription entitlement data.
If you use Apple, Google, or store payments, those platforms may provide login identifiers, email, transaction status, or subscription status.
How We Use Data
- Provide account login, synchronization, backup, sharing, and personalized life review features.
- Process AI records, classification, summaries, search, and image recognition results.
- Verify OnceKit Pro subscription status, restore purchases, and prevent abuse.
- Maintain service security, diagnose errors, improve product quality, and send important service notices.
AI, Photos, and Screenshots
When you use text input, camera recognition, album image selection, or screenshot import, OnceKit may send relevant content to AI services for recognition, classification, summarization, and structuring. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate, so you should review it yourself.
Payments and Subscriptions
OnceKit Pro payments are processed by the store used for purchase. Subscription service providers help verify subscription status and restore purchases. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Sharing and Third-Party Services
OnceKit does not sell your personal data. We process data with cloud hosting, login providers, app store payment, subscription verification, notifications, analytics, or error diagnosis providers only as needed to provide the service.
When you actively share content through a system sharing feature, recipients may see the information you choose to make available.
Retention, Deletion, and Security
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may request account and related data deletion through the app or by contacting us.
OnceKit uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children, Local Laws, and Contact
OnceKit is not designed for children under 13. If your jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age, you must meet that local requirement before using the service.
